Delivery of shoes

The ordered products will be delivered to the nearest post office to the delivery address you provided. Deliveries within Finland usually take 1-3 working days, while deliveries outside Finland usually take 5-8 working days.

Delivery costs are paid when paying for the products, and they are determined in accordance with Posti's valid pricing.

After placing the order, you will receive a receipt and a tracking code in your email. It is recommended to keep the receipt for future reference.

Vuoplug is not responsible for delays in deliveries that are independent of the operation of the online store.
