Returns
The return period is 14 days from receipt of the product. Sale products can also be returned.
The returned product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. The product must be free from animal hair or similar marks.
A return shipping fee of €6.90 is charged.
If an order included a free gift and it is not included in the return, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
A 10% service fee is charged for cancelling or returning a pre-order unless the refund is taken as a gift card. A pre-order is an order with a delivery time of 5–14 working days. Pre-order products are marked separately on the product page.
If you paid with Klarna and choose an exchange or a gift card, do not report a return to Klarna because this is not a monetary refund.
How to return your order
Contact us by email at info@vuoplug.fi before returning your order.
Include your order number and, if applicable, the reason for the return.
You will receive return instructions by email. Keep your return receipt until the return has been processed.
Please follow the instructions provided when returning your order.
Exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to notify us of an exchange.
An exchange fee of €6.90 is charged.
Contact us at info@vuoplug.fi to request an exchange.
Clearly state the product, size or colour you would like instead.
We will send you detailed exchange instructions and let you know when the replacement product will be dispatched.
