You have 14 days to return a product from the date you receive it. If the product has been used, there is no right of return. Please note this also applies to used shoes. When returning a product, you will need to pay the postage.

How to return your order

Contact us by email to notify us of the return. Our email address is info@vuoplug.fi.
Remember to include your order number and, if applicable, the reason for the return. We may ask for additional details and possibly photos of the shoes.

The product to be returned must be in its original condition and original packaging. This also applies to used shoes. We have taken detailed photos of all used shoes before shipping. Please ensure that all tags and price labels are still attached.

How to exchange your order

Contact us by email to notify us of the exchange. Clearly state which product, size, or color you would like to exchange to.

We will send you return instructions for your item and additional information about when the exchanged item will be shipped.
