RETURN PRACTICE

You have 14 days to return the product after receiving it. If the product has been put into use, there is no right of return! Please note that this also applies to used shoes. When returning the product, you have to pay the postage.

This is how you return your order

Contact us via email or Instagram to notify us of your return. Remember to mention your order number and possibly the reason for returning the product. We may ask you for more information and possibly photos of the shoes.

The product to be returned must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. This also applies to used shoes. We have taken accurate pictures of all used shoes before sending them. Make sure all tags and price tags are still in place.
